You may use Keppr only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission or use the services to violate another person’s rights.

You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials secure and for the activity that occurs through your account.

Keppr provides AI voice agents, chatbots, automations, websites and integrations for service businesses. Specific features, implementation work, pricing, service levels and usage limits may be described in a proposal, order form or other written agreement with you.

AI-generated responses and automations are designed to assist your team. They may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation. You remain responsible for reviewing configurations, setting escalation rules and making decisions for your business and customers.

We may update, improve or temporarily suspend parts of the services to maintain security, performance or reliability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect your use.

You are responsible for the information and instructions you provide to Keppr, including business details, service areas, hours, pricing, scheduling rules and escalation contacts. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any data, content, recordings or integrations you ask us to use.

You must comply with applicable laws when using the services, including laws relating to privacy, consumer protection, marketing messages, call recording and consent. You should make appropriate disclosures when your customers interact with an AI agent or when a call is recorded.

Keppr and its licensors own the website, software, designs, trademarks and other materials we provide, excluding content you provide to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the applicable service period.

You retain rights to your business content and customer data. You grant Keppr the limited rights needed to host, process and improve the services at your direction. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand performance and improve our products.

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Keppr disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Keppr is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the fees you paid to Keppr for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
